The interior design process typically involves five essential steps to create functional and aesthetic spaces. Each step builds on the previous one to ensure an end state harmonious design intended to impress!

01 SITE
SURVEY

A site survey of a space allows us to create an accurate and detailed plan, subsequently providing a reliable base for the next phases of the project.

If distance separates us, it is also possible to provide us with the measurements and photos or videos so that we can work remotely on your project to save on travel expenses.

02 PRELIMINARY

PLANS

Preliminary plan proposals allow you to explore different layout options and think of the overall flow and function of the space.

This step facilitates discussion and adjustments before validating overall choices and moving on to the more detailed design phase.

03 INSPIRATIONS
& 3D CONCEPT

The moodboard is used initially to illustrate a concept with inspirational images that define the atmosphere and style of the project.

The concept is then refined during 3D modeling and renderings which represent the concept, applied in your space.

04 TECHNICAL
PLANS

The technical plans involve the creation of detailed drawings that will be used for construction purposes.

They communicate all the details of the project and can also be uesd for the bidding process in order to choose the professional(s) with which will carry out the project.

05 CONSTRUCTION &
PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Project management helps to supervise the execution of work according to plans and answer the onsite questions that will emerge due to the existing conditions of the space.

This includes coordinating trade questions, monitoring deadlines, overseeing budgets, and resolving issues to ensure the design is delivered as expected.
